Simple ways to become happier


Being happy is a state of being. It can be achieved with simple enough to follow steps such as counting your blessings, and expericening gratitude for the big and small things in your life right now. Live in the present moment Worrying too much about the past and the future leads you nowhere, instead focus on the present moment. All you have is the present moment so cherish it and live in it. Focus your mind on the present and what you can do right now for a better day. Clear your mind from negative thoughts about tomorrow and yesterday, and make space for today only. Living in the present moment isn't difficult, it just needs some practice. Practice prayer or meditation daily to achieve living in the present moment. Relax and empty your mind of thoughts and emotions that do not serve your general well being. Focus on the present moment and your breathing. Practice meditation for ten to fifteen minutes at least per day and see positive results in mere days. Meditation can keep you grounded in the present moment and away from overthinking things too much. Overthinking can lead to stress, and you do not need stress in your life when trying to achieve a more positive state of being. Realize that there is a solution for every problem out there. Experience the feelings of joy

Try to cultivate the feelings of joy and happiness in your life. Feel these emotions on a regular basis. Maybe you are happy about something good that has happened to you recently. Be grateful for it and cultivate those positive emotions within you. Try and stay in the happiness mode for at least a few moments. Let this emotion flow through your entire being. Practicing positive emotions cultivates more positive emotions in your life and soul. You body will be grateful as well since endorphins are released when we feel good. Simply attempt to visualize what you don't have in your life as if you already have it. See in your wonderful imagination as though you already have or are what you want to have or be in life. See yourself in your imagination doing something good and positive. Maybe you are imagining a new career so see yourself being congratulated on a new position in your workplace. Practice visualization until it takes the tones of reality in your mind and heart. It is important to feel it real as much as possible. So in your imagination act feel what you would feel as if your goals were already achieved in the present moment. Do not wonder how your goals will be achieved or when since it is up to higher powers to make it happen. All you have to do is stay in the spiritual state of the wish fulfilled. Practicing visualization will also lessen stress in your life, and make you happier and optimistic about your future in the present time. Remember to always put yourself as the actor in the scene of your imagination. Feel yourself in the imagination doing and being what you want to do and be in the future instead just make the future the present moment in your imagination. You can take hold of your destiny right now with imagination, and visualization fo your life goals. Be happy because the keys to your happiness lie in your own hands, mind, and heart.
